We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. We do not accept returns of products damaged due to misuse or without original packaging.
Contact support@kapimi.com within 15 days to request authorization. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided. The customer covers return shipping costs, unless we make an error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and verifying the item. The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Products marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns. Customized or discounted accessories may have restrictions.
